What is a Heat Pump?

Heat pumps literally move heat from one place to another. Contrary to its name, heat pumps work for both cooling and heating units. During the summer months, it works like an air conditioner, pulling heat from the air inside your home. In the cold months, the heat pump draws air from the outside and transfers it inside your home.

What is a Geothermal Heat Pump?

A Geothermal Heat Pump is very similar to a regular heat pump. However, a Geothermal Heat Pump draws heat from the earth (the ground), rather than the outside air. During the winter, the pump moves the heat from the earth into your home. In the summer, the pumps draw the heat from your home and discharge it into the ground. Using a Geothermal Heat Pump is a great way to cut costs while being environmentally friendly.

Why do I need Ventilation?

Ventilation is simply air circulation. Proper ventilation helps improve indoor air quality, which helps keep mold and other allergens away. Good ventilation can help keep you healthier while making sure you have a breath of fresh air every day.

What are the advantages of Insulation?

A well-insulated home has many benefits. Insulated floors and ceilings help keep homes at their desired temperature during the sweltering summers and cold-snap winters. At the same time, it also helps keep your energy costs down, saving you up to 20%. Finally, good insulation blocks out unwanted noise.

Why do I want a Humidification system?

Dry air in the home can be uncomfortable and hazardous for everyone in the household. Itchy throats, stuffy sinuses and dry skin are just some the symptoms associated with overly-dry air. In addition, things like wood floors, paint, fabrics, trim and furniture can sustain damage from the low levels of humidity.

A humidifier uses water vapor to add proper levels of moisture in the air. Keep your home clean with a Grizzle humidification system.
