Everything went smoothly. Young man was very polite. I was very pleased with their service.
They were really nice. They were very friendly and didn't make a mess. They got back to us promptly. We didn't go with them because we didn't have the money. The quote included running new lines for the ducts and replacing everything. I am actually friends with the owner and we couldn't afford it at the time. We are saving up for it.
I received the help I needed and an explanation of the workings of the furnace that helps me to use it.

The workman ship was above being great. They clean up after themselves and answer any questions you have where you can understand. I did not get stressed out over this job what so ever & usually I do. I will not go with anyone else if it ever comes to heating & air again. Sometimes the good Lord knows you need help & put good people in your path & he did with this company here for us! My neighbor suggested I call this company and so I did. They set a time to come out and were there as promised. I had asked them to come out and find a leak and see if they could fix it. He new exactly what he was doing and in less then 10 min he was finished. He told me that he added a lb of R22 and then injected a dye into the system and would be back in 2 weeks to check for the leak. He was very friendly and that there would be no service charge for the second visit. His invoice was very descriptive. All though I believe all prices are a little high, I would put his as fair.
