Brian bought Grizzle Heating & Air in 2012 and has over 45 years if HVAC experience. When Brian is not at the office or in the field, he can usually be found hanging out with his grandson or in the New Mexico mountains with his family. Brian enjoys building and creating anything with wood, was previously a private pilot, and is a licensed amateur radio operator. Brian’s personal motto is “Leaders eat last.”

During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up. I am very pleased in his attention to detail and his through investigation to make sure all possible issues were addressed and resolved.”

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.”
