Prior to anyone arriving at my home , the company had both sent me an email and text message with a picture and a profile of the employee so that they would be recognized and so that I, the customer, would have comfort in knowing a little bit about them with a short bio , which really worked. I appreciate the actual job that was completed as well and done within the time promised. I am very pleased with the replacement of existing duct and old equipment and loving my new system .
