“5 STARS! I called and they gave me a 2-hour window for when a technician would be out. (Which was fabulous! NO all day wait). Gerry texted and arrived in a little over an hour. Gerry was friendly, helpful, professional. He explained everything that was going on with our AC in detail and even showed me pictures as well as the gunk blocking our pipes. Entire service call took under 2 hours and we were back up and running. Will 100% be using them again if we have any issues. Also 100% totally recommend.
