Upon arrival he asked what we were experiencing and asked follow up questions which took us to the condenser unit to begun troubleshooting. During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up.
