Grizzle Heating & Air doesn’t disappoint. Technician Kris Vigil, our tech today, showed up as planned. While it wasn’t an emergency, he correctly assessed our current situation….aged out AC system. He set us up with a sales rep to handle the next step. Yes, Grizzle Heating & Air has handled all our calls quickly and efficiently. We would recommend them 👍🏻👍🏻

Really great company! We had another company come out that left us without AC for a week. Scottco wanted to replace 3 different parts that were under warranty and charge 2,000$ an hour in labor to do it. Grizzle came out within 2 hours of me calling, and got the unit running in an hour. None of the parts needed to be replaced. The coil had dog hair on it, and the filters I’ve been using are too restrictive. Gerry was really nice and explained everything so I would know what to look for if it ever messes up again. He took his time and checked everything that could have been causing the unit to mess up. Even found a cord connected to the unit from a prior techs reading meter. I will be only using Grizzle and recommending them to everyone I know from now on! Thank you! So grateful to have a working AC again!

I had a clogged dryer vent. Technician Kris Vigil was right on schedule. Birds nest was the culprit. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them in the future .

“Gerry arrived quickly once I received the text notification. Upon arrival he asked what we were experiencing and asked follow up questions which took us to the condenser unit to begun troubleshooting. During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up. I am very pleased in his attention to detail and his through investigation to make sure all possible issues were addressed and resolved.”

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.”
