Jayden came out today and he was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Grizzle if you are not a customer of theirs you need to be. They got us fixed up in a timely matter and he wasn't mad about coming out in such cold weather. He was total opposite, very willing to help and made sure we were good before he left. Our heating unit suddenly stopped working on one of the coldest days of winter, and of course--on a Saturday. My husband called Grizzle Heating & Air and they were here almost immediately. A part had to be ordered, but first thing Monday morning (on a holiday) Jake was here replacing the part that stopped functioning. He shared with us their maintenance agreement opportunity, and we will now have their assistance twice a year to assure our unit is working properly for the upcoming season, PLUS a 15% discount on any parts needed. On top of that, he stayed and made sure everything was good-to-go until our first maintenance call occurs. Thanks to Jake for his quick, professional assistance and to Grizzle for providing service when we unexpectedly needed help, as well as setting up a future that will be much better protected from experiencing cold indoor temperatures!

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.”
