We recently had a new air conditioner installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience., Alen, Ivan, and Jayden were the installers, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. The team worked efficiently, and took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly. They also kept the work area clean and made sure to answer any questions I had along the way. It’s not often you come across a crew that works this well together—they were organized, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. The new system is running great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing HVAC work done. I had a great experience working with Gerry and Ian. Gerry did an incredible job navigating me through everything we were seeing wrong with my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loves what he does! Ian was very personable. He was genuine in walking me through what it would look like to get my home working well again for my family! You can tell right away that Grizzle takes customer service to a whole new level. I had Kris come out and diagnose my unit and while I didn’t get good news, Kris did an excellent job explaining to me what was wrong in terms I could understand and what the next steps were. His service was very professional.

Kris is very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and is very thorough in the maintenance of it. I ask for him every time our maintenance is due. Grizzle is the best!

“Gerry arrived quickly once I received the text notification. Upon arrival he asked what we were experiencing and asked follow up questions which took us to the condenser unit to begun troubleshooting. During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up. I am very pleased in his attention to detail and his through investigation to make sure all possible issues were addressed and resolved.”

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.”
