Jake was the technician the came out to clean my dryer vent and he was fast, friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend using Grizzle and I'll be calling back if I have any other needs!

After remodeling part of our house it seemed that the HAVC filter needed to be changed out too often due to dust build up. I contacted Grizzle Heating & Air for a clean out of all the air ducts and return air. My house has the return air under the concrete slab that runs the full length of my house. Grizzle sent out three technicians to perform the work. Alan, Jayden and Ivan were very professional and careful to not scratch my wooden floors. They had to remove each air register to run the vacuum line through the air ducts and they did an excellent job cleaning debris that came out of the ceiling registers during the process. They also cleaned each air register before putting it back on the ceiling. The equipment they used was sufficiently long to chase all of the air ducts back to the plenum on the HVAC system. Attached photo is the return air duct before cleaning. Looks like someone just sweep debris into the hole during the remodel.

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.”
