Our technicians Alan and Ivan, were very nice and professional. They did a great job. They had the grueling task of taking the old system out of the attic and replacing it with the new one. They double checked that everything was working before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience. Our AC went out Wednesday afternoon. I called Grizzle first thing Thursday morning and they had a tech out within an hour. Gerry assessed my system and determined it needed replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After I explained the situation of having a newborn and the hottest day of the year coming up he put a 911 call out to get the replacement going. Ian was out quickly and really helped us make the best decision on which system fit our needs best. Within a couple of hours, Alan, Ivan, and Jayden were on site for the install. Install was complete the next day and the guys hauled off my old system and cleaned up well. I highly recommend Grizzle for any HVAC needs.

Gerry came out and got the AC repaired, he took extra time to check several other things to make sure they were working ok and didn’t need to be replaced/repaired. Very professional and an awesome guy!! Highly recommend calling grizzle and if you get Gerry as your technician make sure you let him know how much you appreciate him. Kris and Gerry did a very professional job with the installation. They worked steady through out the day to complete the install in one day. Jake came out and was very knowledgeable. Friendly and able to explain and help me out. Able to save me some money as well. Informed me about what my system might need, if cleaning and maintenance was worth it or if my hardware would be hard to find parts for. Told me about their cleaning plan, cost and even left some helpful instructions.

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit.
