Gerry did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. He was quick to assess and identify the problem, his experience was notable. Once he fixed the problem, he was thorough with addional check ups to ensure everything was running smoothly. Thank you Gerry!

We can call these guys for multiple problems and they always do the job exactly what the unit needs after all their testing and explain exactly what needs done as well as Honest, Sincere and POLITE they are the greatest bunch of guys that come out. Every time even if it's someone different they have every one of these traits I haven't had one single guy from there not to do everything above. In other words no we will never use another heat and air place of business unless they retire and go away but I don't look for them to do that anytime soon fingers crossed. Thank you so much for working with our animals as well and being so kind of polite.

“Our HVAC unit was very old and needed replacement. I contacted a few AC companies requesting bids. Grizzle’s sales rep (Jonathan Lofton)was very responsive and knowledgeable. He went over our requirements and provided a proposal. After visiting with other companies we decided to purchase from Grizzle.
Jonathan provided excellent customer support. He communicated with me during pre planning and coordinated installation.
The system was installed in a professional manner and on time. Grizzle’s sales and installation team are very professional and customer oriented. Grizzle is fortunate to have this team of professionals.
