Gerry was the technician that came and found out why primary line was blocked in my air conditioner unit. He kept me informed what needed to be done. He stayed at it until he made sure the was clear. Gerry helped me to understand the cause. Gerry loves his job and that makes a difference. I will spread the news about this technician when anyone needs air conditioner work. Kris came by the same morning I called. He identified an error with the wiring on the capacitor on my outside unit that has existed since the system was installed new by another company. He resolved the noisy compressor that others said was normal in minutes by using the wiring diagram on the cover to spot their error. He also quickly identified the root cause of the problem with the HVAC system, which was a faulty blower motor. I wish he was around three years ago when this unit was first installed incorrectly! He was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job!

Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars. We would recommend Grizzle to anyone needing HVAC work.”
