Grizzle Heating and Air stood by their work. I was having some cooling issues with a room that was the furthest from the furnace, and Air Conditioning units. I contacted Grizzle and they sent out Ian Ansett who did his magic with the Air Conditioning system. I could not be cooler and happier. Much appreciated. My advice is to add Grizzle Heating & Air to your contacts list.

Our system was down. Kris from Drizzle HVAC was here in 2 hrs. We appreciate the quick response and service. The problem was quickly identified. The system was checked out and cleaned. I called on a Thursday, scheduled a Friday and was curious when I received a 1 hour window of time that our tech Kris, would arrive. BUT, he was right on time! It was a little drizzly but he got right to work and diagnosed the problem and fixed it! He was done in one hour. Our air is blowing cold and we have a new AC company. Thanks so much.

“Gerry arrived quickly once I received the text notification. Upon arrival he asked what we were experiencing and asked follow up questions which took us to the condenser unit to begun troubleshooting. During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up. I am very pleased in his attention to detail and his through investigation to make sure all possible issues were addressed and resolved.”

“Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.”
