“After the nightmare of dealing with Allstate i resigned to paying for the HVAC repairs myself. Once i made the call, Ian and Josh came out within a couple hours. Josh diagnosed the problem in short time and had an estimate sent shortly after. Within minutes of accepting the estimate i was contacted by Corrine to set up an appointment for the next day. She contacted me again less than an hour later to see if Josh could come out within the hour. Josh was there and had my system back up and running in just a couple hours. He was also kind enough to look at a fireplace i was having problems with while he was there and had it running in minutes.

After replacing what was thought to be the issue he continued to troubleshoot. When it was decided that I was probably not going to get anymore life out of the unit he made the phone call for me to set up a time for a quote for a new unit. He seems really passionate about what he does. A great asset to this company!”
