Josh diagnosed the problem in short time and had an estimate sent shortly after. Within minutes of accepting the estimate i was contacted by Corrine to set up an appointment for the next day. She contacted me again less than an hour later to see if Josh could come out within the hour. Josh was there and had my system back up and running in just a couple hours. He was also kind enough to look at a fireplace i was having problems with while he was there and had it running in minutes.

Upon arrival he asked what we were experiencing and asked follow up questions which took us to the condenser unit to begun troubleshooting. During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up. I am very pleased in his attention to detail and his through investigation to make sure all possible issues were addressed and resolved.”
