GERRY was the technician that came from Grizzle. He was professional, VERY helpful I helping us understand the systems of heat and cool. Gerry was so patient and waited until he knew we knew what we were doing with the settings. We will request Gerry again and always use Grizzle Heating and Cooling .

Everyone from office staff (Corene and Audry) to the systemization experts (Ian and Josh) to the entire installation crew (Kris,Jayden, Alan and Ivin) were excellent! The prompt response and quick professional installation was so greatly appreciated. Would recommend Grizzle staff wholeheartedly.

First time dealing with Grizzle Heating &Air. It was a very nice experience dealing with their technician, Kris. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, easy going and ready to respond to any questions you may have.

“The whole process from beginning to end was such a great experience as compared to other HVAC companies in the panhandle ! From the Professionalism of our sales rep Jonathan to the installer Sergio we were so satisfied. Prior to anyone arriving at my home , the company had both sent me an email and text message with a picture and a profile of the employee so that they would be recognized and so that I, the customer, would have comfort in knowing a little bit about them with a short bio , which really worked. I appreciate the actual job that was completed as well and done within the time promised. I am very pleased with the replacement of existing duct and old equipment and loving my new system . Also love that they offer service agreement promised as well . Thanks to all!!!”
