Gerry was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer my million questions without ever making me feel rushed. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, kind, and always willing to offer helpful insight and guidance. His customer service was truly exceptional. Gerry deserves a raise, and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He truly takes the time, care and dedication to do the job right.

We were having issues with our A/C unit struggling to cool down the house during this heat wave. Gerry Sanchez came out and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and effectively. The A/C blows cold air now, and the price was very reasonable. Gerry is very personable and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Gerry Sanchez came out and fixed my ac. My compressor completely stopped working. He was so friendly and helpful. He got here really fast. I was so nervous about being able to afford getting my ac fixed because of being a single mom and he was upfront about the price. It was very affordable. I would absolutely have y'all come back. Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars.
