Alan came out on a Sunday morning and busted his tail and he found the problem of the AC. He got it resolved. He is very polite and very thorough in his work.

Ivan was polite and professional. We had some excitement during the installation. After the installation, Ivan turned the fan down to reduce the air intake noise. I haven't been able to pair the thermostat to my phone yet, but will try again in the morning.

Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars.
