I had a great experience working with Gerry and Ian. Gerry did an incredible job navigating me through everything we were seeing wrong with my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loves what he does! Ian was very personable. He was genuine in walking me through what it would look like to get my home working well again for my family! You can tell right away that Grizzle takes customer service to a whole new level. Ian went above and beyond during the quote, even repairing some ductwork, which we really appreciated. Jaiden and Ivan handled the installation and were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. They even cleaned up before leaving.

Gerry was very thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and the results of some of the electrical tests he ran. He even got a dead mouse out of the electrical box on the side of the A/C unit. Very professional.

Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars.
