Gerry came to work on our HVAC unit. He was not only very personable, but also knowledgeable. He showed up right on time, and had the problem fixed within the hour.

Ivan was polite and professional. We had some excitement during the installation. After the installation, Ivan turned the fan down to reduce the air intake noise. I haven't been able to pair the thermostat to my phone yet, but will try again in the morning.

My air conditioner blew out in the middle of a miserable July heat wave. I called Grizzle and Gerry came out. He was super kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything and diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed up and running again. He even made sure to call and follow up to make sure everything was still running good after the repair was completed. I’m so glad I called Grizzle. Thanks so much for all your hard work and service Gerry!

Alan Hernandez for the annual servicing of my home A/C this morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly set about checking my system. He pointed out a capacitor that could be changed but believed we could wait until our next service time. I would welcome him back to service my unit any daytime!

Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars.
