I appreciate how quickly Grizzle was able to schedule a A/C repair. Gerry Sanchez is always so polite, thorough and conscientious. He even drove to Amarillo for a part so he could get our A/C running the same day.

The technician, Kris Vigil arrived at my home on time and immediately began inspecting my thermostat and why it wasn’t communicating with my air conditioner. He also inspected my wiring in the attic. Discovered the thermostat problem & replaced a part. The air conditioner provided COOLING immediately. Job well done!!

Great company and great guys on their team! We first had Ian come out and to quote us. We had been quoted $19,000 from another company in town and were able to get way more reasonable pricing. Ivan and Prescott came out and installed our equipment. Great work and in 103 degree heat too! So glad we went with this company, very satisfied with them and their work!

Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars.
