I had to get my entire system replaced and Jayden, Ivan, and Alan made it look like a walk in the park. These guys did a fantastic job at getting everything switched out while fighting some insane heat in the attic! They were efficient, did things with great excellence, and were friendly through the whole process. I am thankful for them and for Grizzle for getting my AC back to where it needed to be! I will be using them for all future work as well. You should work with them - they won’t disappoint!

The breadth of knowledge that this company has is pretty deep. Josh Boatman has been in the industry for many, many years and has both technical and project management experience in new systems and existing system repair. His knowledge of all system manufacturers is extensive. You would not be wrong to call him and the people at Grizzle to either supply your new unit or trouble shoot your current unit. He has personally worked on units in two homes I’ve lived in (Canyon and Amarillo) and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. As they say, don’t sizzle, call Grizzle!

I had Kris come out and diagnose my unit and while I didn’t get good news, Kris did an excellent job explaining to me what was wrong in terms I could understand and what the next steps were. His service was very professional. Updated: if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Alan, Ivan, & Jayden came to my house and put in some serious work for 2 straight days. By the end of day 2 they were all smiles and answering questions my 6 year old son was asking while they finished up. We appreciate it.

Since R-22 units are no longer built, Grizzle was able to find a condenser using R-407 refrigerant that was compatible with our air handler, saving us thousands of dollars.
